Episode 105: Are you on a quest to gain success, love and happiness with Pip McKay
Wednesday Feb 14, 2018
Wednesday Feb 14, 2018
Catherine is here today with Pip McKay. Pip McKay is a pioneer within the field of personal transformation, NLP and coaching. She is an award winning, Amazon Number 1 best-selling author for two books: The 8 Principles of Achievement Love and Happiness and 4 Tribes 1 Earth.
Pip is also a highly respected thought leader and invested over 20 years creating the entire field of Matrix Therapies® and Archetypal Coaching®.
Her proven techniques help you discover your Passion and Purpose, clear negative influences and fulfil your potential. Pip explains that a lot of people… live their life without Passion and Purpose which means they lack direction, they go to work but feel that it’s meaningless and pointless.
They find it difficult to wake up in the morning because they’re not inspired they might be asking themselves “What is my Passion?” and “What is my Purpose in Life?” but find nothing that gives them the answers.
Sometimes people who search for their Passion and Purpose find a very spiritual answer but then find that they need to be “doing” something or “going” somewhere in order to feel that passion and purpose – that it’s not something they can simply live and breathe every day.
Others try and reach their passion and purpose through goal setting but find that the goals don’t seem to be really connected to who they are and what they really want.

Episode 103: Ignite business growth via the new female economy with Bec Brideson
Wednesday Jan 31, 2018
Wednesday Jan 31, 2018
Catherine is here today with Bec Brideson. For over two decades, Bec has been a pioneer and innovator in the marketing-to-women space.
Her expertise will take your business to the next level by showing you how to capture your own share of the $28 trillion global, female consumer market.
From CEOs to sales departments, Bec is working all along the pipeline helping businesses uncover the blind spots and financial upsides of “womenomics” and “gender diversity”.
Having spoken at numerous conferences throughout the world, Bec’s raison d’être is to improve the way modern business connects with the disruptive force of the female dollar. She believes in the mantra: “Happy women = bigger basket and a lifetime of loyalty”.
With 25 years in the communications industry, Bec was one of only 3% of females globally to achieve the title of Creative Director. In her time, Bec has won international awards and gained notable recognition for her work across most categories and numerous major brands. On the back of this wealth of experience, she identified a yawning gap in agency attitude and process with the female market and joined the 0.1% of female founders to open her own agency Venus Comms in 2004.
Bec built Venus into a ground-breaking and successful independent agency utilising incredible insights and developing unique IP to create better ROI with women. Her clients have enjoyed unprecedented results upwards of 30% increase for no more marketing spend, thanks to her ability to ‘get women’.
Bec is now sharing this methodology in her latest book ‘Blind Spots: How to uncover and attract the fastest, emerging economy’. She is also consulting directly with businesses who have seen the opportunity of the female dollar and want to leverage its impact on their bottom line.

Catherine is here today with Eva Lykke. Who speaks to us about Archetypal Astrology because with astrology, it became possible to deal with the inner as well as the outer, and also the collective world in a deep, coherent and meaningful way.
The paradigm shift that includes astrology, means that archetypal astrology as a modern cosmology attends to our need for an inner path to cultural education, insight into the process of history, beauty of the mind, and spiritual evolvement.
All thanks to the wonderful Carl Jung and later Joseph Campbell, and James Hillman's contributions to our understanding of archetypes, alchemy, dreams, myths and the collective consciousness.
Carl Jung says it is as though the person you were meant to be is pre-existent or already present at your birth and it is your task to find your archetype. In this way, you find the way home.
Eva also speaks to us about exactly what is craniosacral therapy - which is the membranes and fluid that surround, protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord. The therapy harmonizes the balance via a soft touch approach of the cranial bones combined with soft touch of connective tissues to ease our ability to let go of tension, and our wellbeing is enhanced. You can experience a very relaxed and integrated feeling once you have finished treatment.

Catherine is here today with Rachel Scoltock. One morning a strange voice ordered me to stop my car on a windy mountain road. Yet there was no one in the car. Ididn’t know a thing about angels but that moment saved me from a potentially tragic accident and was the catalyst which seemed to awaken my psychic hearing and invited the angels into my life.Over the coming year or so, I heard that voice, found feathers daily, and had other unexplained events I knew someone was looking out for me but I did not know who or what. Through a synchronicity I went to a seminar in Sydney about angels and every one of my questions were answered. The following day I had another miracle which cemented my faith.
As I teen I was drawn to crystals, tarot cards and new thought authors but I had no idea it would one day become my career. After discovering that my guides were angels I was nudged and guided to train and learned how to use my life long empathy in healing people and giving readings. I opened my healing practice in a tiny rural village a few months later and have not looked back.

Episode 91: Healing Illness with Your Unconscious Mind with Danna Pycher
Wednesday Nov 08, 2017
Wednesday Nov 08, 2017
Catherine is here today with Danna Pycher. Danna Pycher is an international motivational speaker, hypnotherapist, and author. She specializes in chronic illness, weight loss, and trauma and works with people from around the world to help them overcome underlying emotional issues that have created or aggravated physical distress.
As a Tedx speaker, she is widely-known for unearthing the root correlation between trauma and disease, creating ultimate and lasting healing.
You see, our minds and bodies already know how to heal. They simply need a bit of guidance. Our lives are a product of past beliefs and programming. We’ve all had experiences that shape the way we think, behave, and feel the way we do. All it takes is some redirection to overcome whatever “pattern” you want to dissolve.
So how do you even begin to dissolve these patterns? Well … through Hypnotherapy and
Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Through communicating directly to the unconscious mind, where we are able to tap into the root of every unproductive belief, allowing for powerful and effective healing. This proactive method gets to the core issue in a safe and effective way.
You can think - or say that you want something, but your mind MUST be on board.

Wednesday Nov 01, 2017
Wednesday Nov 01, 2017
Catherine is here today with Jodee Prouse. Jodee Prouse is a speaker and author of the powerful memoir The Sun is Gone: A Sister Lost in Secrets, Shame, and Addiction and How She Broke Free. She is an outspoken advocate to eliminate the shame and stigma surrounding Addiction and Mental illness as well as empowering women to survive life’s challenge’s and family crisis.
How many times have you lost yourself in some chronic family crisis, giving and giving until there is no more left to give-and yet you give more? Out of duty. Out of love. Out of knowing that everyone is looking to you?
As women, we have often learned from childhood that we are the ones that must be the peacemakers, the problem-solvers, the fixers … the ones to make concessions. The ones whose needs come last. And we sometimes do this with dire consequences, losing ourselves, sometimes our partners and our children-and even our souls.
Jodee’s story begins as a child where she became her sweet little brother’s protector as she witnessed alcohol-fuelled fights behind closed doors. She is the grand-daughter, step-daughter, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, niece, great-niece, aunt and cousin to alcoholics. But nothing impacted her more than when her closest friend, her magnificent brother became addicted to alcohol.

Episode 88: Coach Yourself a 7-Step Guide to Personal Fulfilment with Muffy Churches
Wednesday Oct 18, 2017
Wednesday Oct 18, 2017
Catherine is here today with Muffy Churches. Muffy Churches is an Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker, Leadership Specialist and Counsellor. She is the author of Coach Yourself, A 7-Step Guide to Personal Fulfilment (Love & Write Publishing) and Director of Beyond Focal Point, based in Sydney.
She has extensive experience in inspiring and initiating positive behavioural change in clients around the world.
Muffy’s fascination is with the power behind our ‘mind-set’, the notion that ‘what we think is what we experience’. She knows first-hand how our default thought patterns affect our personal and/or professional performance- how important it is for us to move from self-limiting, negative thoughts to ones of positivity and strategic personal vision.
With an initial career as a professional dancer and with a Master’s Thesis from UCLA titled the “Psychology of Performance”, her world has been immersed in an attraction to explore the ingredients of a great performance – what it is that allows us to function at our peak with family, friends or at work, as opposed to being hobbled by any variety of mental barriers that reduce our effectiveness. Essentially, what new thinking will allow us to maximize our potential and lead the confident, self-fulfilling life that we envision?
Her career path has always been connected by a common thread- one of guiding others to excel within their role. Muffy’s initial venture in the corporate world in 1995 was her own company, “Power Performance Management Training”. Her talents were then acquired by the global training company ASK Learning, where she served as a senior leader, facilitator and executive coach for 11 years.
Her current company, Beyond Focal Point, of which muffychurches.com is a division, was established in 2011 with a goal to play an operative role in guiding individuals to enlarge their personal and professional potential to drive results while engaging in effective, stimulating and motivating relationships with direct reports, colleagues, customers and family. She presents public webinars, keynotes, private coaching sessions, and corporate workshops.

Her work is sprinkled with many successful projects on the go at once, including a global podcast and being published in many well-known business publications.
By nature, she is a dreamer, yet pragmatic. Strong willed, yet gentle. Savvy, yet heart centred. A deep thinker, yet quick to make decisions. Intelligent, yet still struggles to figure out … courageous, yet conservative. Outspoken, yet introverted. Serious, yet loves a good laugh. And a recovering perfectionist, yet organised chaos… Because she loves biting off more than she can chew in life.
Prior to leaping into the world of entrepreneurship she invested 12 years in the corporate world working for a range of organisations, from start-ups to global enterprises on developing their human capital.
Shevonne thinks big and has built a global brand in 50 countries and was named in the Top 10 lists of Australian Women Entrepreneurs for 2017 by My Entrepreneur Magazine and has been appointed as a judge for both the Telstra Business Awards and the Women's Business Awards.
As she puts it in he owns words, she is essentially a business geek who is all about changing thinking and thus, changing the world.

Episode 85: How Prison Changes the Very Core of Your Being with Kerry Tucker
Wednesday Sep 27, 2017
Wednesday Sep 27, 2017
Catherine is here today with Kerry Tucker. After spending nearly five years in Victoria’s maximum-security prison for women, Kerry was released with her Master of Arts and was successful in completing her Doctorate in 2014 which is an extensive research and multi-publication of the study of women in prison as a community, from the perspective of a participant and observer.
Whilst incarcerated she was the lead Peer Educator which involved liaising, negotiating and advocating for and on behalf of every woman prisoner for the term of her sentence.
She was sole representative for the community of women in appearing with them in Governor Courts, Magistrate and County Court Pleas, Parole Board submissions and DHS negotiations. She was granted her own office in prison where she represented over 4,000 in hearings.
For the last six months of her sentence, Kerry worked by day at a law firm and returning to the prison at night. Kerry continues in this role since being released and advocates for post-release women in the community.
Kerry was the inspiration behind ‘Wentworth’ and in January 2012 Kerry was appointed Story and Prison Authenticity Consultant to FremantleMedia to consult on the newly announced re-make on Foxtel of the hugely successful cult-television series 'Prisoner - Wentworth' that premiered in May 2013.
Foxtel recently purchased her ABC Australian Story episode and aired it throughout 47 countries in Asia as part of the ‘Best of Australian Stories 2010’.
