Catherine is here today with Carmel Bell. Carmel Bell the Metatronic Energy Healer …. In her book - When All Else Fails: A journey into the heart with Medical Intuition and Metatronic Energy she explains;
At 3.09 am on Sunday 15 February 2009, Carmel Bell woke up to realise she was dead. She had suffered a cardiac arrest and was clinically dead for 47 minutes before being resuscitated by a team of seven paramedics.
While she was out of her body, she hovered like a ghost shuttling back and forth between Heaven and her bedroom to check what was happening with her body. In a coma for four days and in intensive care for six weeks, Carmel called in Metatronic Energy to heal her damaged brain and has now made a full recovery; one that has been hailed a medical miracle.
‘When All Else Fails’ is the extraordinary story of how Carmel first discovered, and was gifted, energy by the Archangel Metatron during a near-death experience aged four. Episode 80: An Uncommon Woman with Nicole Alexander
Wednesday Aug 23, 2017
Wednesday Aug 23, 2017
Catherine is here today with Nicole Alexander. My family has been on the land in northern New South Wales, since 1893. Four generations have worked our properties and from an early age I grew up listening to the many stories passed down through the generations. My great-grandfather selected the original holding and is buried in the soil he loved. In 1893 he overlanded sheep from another Alexander property where he built a simple timber hut. The men spent their days cutting timber, erecting fences and shepherding sheep. I imagine the days and nights back then were equally long, the monotony only broken by the monthly arrival of the postal and supply rider who brought stores and mail to those remoter settlers. One of the items delivered to my great-grandfather in that first year was a copy of Alexander Duma’s The Count of Monte Christo. The novel arrived in a saddle-bag on the back of a packhorse wrapped in brown paper and twine and I can only imagine my great-grandfather’s excitement when he unwrapped the parcel.
I heard these stories and many more as a child and from an early age I have loved Australian pastoral history. It is this love that led me to write novels that explore Australia's inland history. I am very conscious of my ancestors having walked the land before me and it was the need to return to my 'roots' that led to give up corporate life and return home. Initially I planned on having twelve months break in the country, but that was twenty-two years ago and I'm still involved in the family business. I've been writing for thirty years now, poetry, travel and newspaper articles to begin with, but it was only when I returned to the country that I began writing my first novel. It took me eight years to write 'The Bark Cutters'. I was working full time on the property, both in the office and outdoors (a steep learning curve in what was then a very male dominated agricultural industry), completed a Masters in literature & creative writing and released a volume of poetry. I wrote about the land and the emotional attachment that generational graziers have towards their properties and was fortunate that the work resonated with many people. The Bark Cutters was short-listed for an Australian Book Industry Award. Since then I've been on a book a year contract with Penguin Random House and An Uncommon Woman, out this July is my 8th novel.
Nicole’s works reflect a sense of continuity and an inherent love for the Australian landscape that is steeped in authenticity.
She is the bestselling author of seven Australian Fiction novels; The Bark Cutters, A Changing Land, Absolution Creek, Sunset Ridge, The Great Plains, Wild Lands and River Run.
The Bark Cutters remains the highest selling debut novel in the rural literature genre and was shortlisted for an Australian Book Industry Award in 2011. Absolution Creek and Sunset Ridge were both selected for the 50 Books You Can’t Put Down Get Reading campaign. The Great Plains was nominated as a Top 100 Book by Better Reading in 2015 & 2016.
Nicole’s novels, poetry, travel, creative writing and genealogy articles have been published in Australia, America, Singapore, New Zealand, Germany & Canada. Non-fiction works include a poetry collection Divertissements: Love. War. Society (2008) and she was invited to be a contributor to the National Breastcancer Foundation anthology (2013) Dear Mum.
An in-demand speaker, Nicole’s past clients include; RaboBank, Landcare and The Community Mutual Group and she also conducts writing workshops. If you would like to discuss the possibility of engaging Nicole please send a query via the contact form on this website.
Nicole is a current judge of The Cowley Literary Award & The MacIntyre Young Writers award and is a past judge of the Elyne Mitchell Writing Awards.

Episode 74: How to Access the Healing and Wisdom of the Angels with Rachel Scoltock
Wednesday Jul 12, 2017
Wednesday Jul 12, 2017
Catherine is here today with Rachel Scoltock. One morning a strange voice ordered me to stop my car on a windy mountain road. Yet there was no one in the car. Ididn’t know a thing about angels but that moment saved me from a potentially tragic accident and was the catalyst which seemed to awaken my psychic hearing and invited the angels into my life.Over the coming year or so, I heard that voice, found feathers daily, and had other unexplained events I knew someone was looking out for me but I did not know who or what. Through a synchronicity I went to a seminar in Sydney about angels and every one of my questions were answered. The following day I had another miracle which cemented my faith.
As I teen I was drawn to crystals, tarot cards and new thought authors but I had no idea it would one day become my career. After discovering that my guides were angels I was nudged and guided to train and learned how to use my life long empathy in healing people and giving readings. I opened my healing practice in a tiny rural village a few months later and have not looked back.

Episode 72: White Hot Truth … Clarity for Keeping It Real with Danielle LaPorte
Wednesday Jun 28, 2017
Wednesday Jun 28, 2017
Catherine is here today with Danielle LaPorte.
Danielle LaPorte:
I’m all for the Light — the illumination that leads to liberation. My definition of holistic includes green juice and very loud rock n’ roll; pop culture and eastern mysticism; justified anger and deeply sweet empathy. I love the game of business and multimedia. I’m saddened by greed. I believe that generous people have more to give.
I stand for making money in meaningful, eco-honouring ways. I’m an introvert who rarely inserts herself into conversations, but if you ask my opinion, and especially if I have a microphone in my hand (which makes me happy), I will speak very, very clearly about matters of the heart. I think everything is a matter of the heart.
My Core Desired Feelings are Radiance and Devotion, and two other words that I keep to myself.
Music has saved me more than once. I want to do more yoga than I already do, I want to paint more than I have. Being my son’s mother is my greatest honour and biggest laugh — mostly, it’s him laughing at me, not with me. Not long ago he said, “So are you a philosopher?” I answered, “Ya. Well, more like, I’m very philosophical.” He thought that was hilarious.
I think the best self-help is self-compassion.
Really, I just want to keep offering “spiritual” backup. (I put spiritual in quotes because that’s a relative term if there ever was one.) I’m committed to being straight up, as kind as possible, and useful — right now. Now, when you’re in pain. Now, when your life is good but you know it could be so much better. Now, when you’re longing to take that hot heart of yours and really do something with it this lifetime.
I love the phrase Godspeed. It reminds us that the light is right here, in a flash, and that the universe is rooting for us.
Godspeed,
Danielle LaPorte

Episode 62: Upgraded Woman. Are You Living on Purpose? With Lane Kennedy
Wednesday Apr 19, 2017
Wednesday Apr 19, 2017
Catherine is here today with Lane Kennedy, The Bulletproof Coach!
About Lane Kennedy
Over the years I’ve come to know that I have a single intention, that intention is to help people. Simple, right? No fame, no glory, no outlandish recognition, simply helping people become better at who they are in the world.
The past twenty years have been rife with practical experience, while mastering and acquiring knowledge that is required to live in today’s overstressed tech’d world. I’ve been fortunate enough to spend hundreds of hours learning about hacking our human potential. I was one of the first women to go through Dr. Sara Gottfried’s Hormone Cure practitioner course, learning the Gottfried protocol while gaining a deeper understanding of the female’s delicate hormonal cascade, and the many imbalances that occur at any given time. Since I’m not one to stop learning, it was only an obvious choice to become a Certified Bulletproof Coach when fellow biohacker, Dave Asprey, opened the doors to a coaching practicum that has been mind blowing!
What this all boils down to is this — I’ve had the opportunity to sit with people from around the world and listen to them unravel and heal from unhealthy, sedentary lifestyles, watch others gain independence and grow, help mothers regain control of their hormones, and find balance with the many obstacles of motherhood, and help men and women build million dollar businesses, and grow incredible communities. Yes, I help people, it’s my job. You know when you go to a cocktail party or a networking event and that stranger asks you, “What do you do?” My answer is simple, it’s this: “I help people mindshift into being more. Once you start making clear decisions in your life, everything will change. Want me to help you with that?”
