Episode 228: Find your Purpose with Misty Sansom
Wednesday Aug 05, 2020
Wednesday Aug 05, 2020
Catherine is here today with Misty Sansom. Misty Sansom is a writer and life purpose coach who helps people to figure out exactly what they’re meant to do in life and how to make it happen.
Misty grew up with the sense that there was something more – something bigger than all of us … at the same time, Misty had this opposing view that we’re just tiny specks in the universe, and that we don’t really affect the world much in our lifetime.
However, one morning she received a phone call to say that her little sister had passed away, and everything changed in that second.
In that moment, she realised that she had completely got it wrong - it's not that we don't mean anything; it’s that we mean everything.
She felt like there was something specific that she was going to realise, and started to follow her intuition and let herself be drawn to things.
Misty had realised that we have an on-going impact on the world, even after we’re gone. We can't not impact the world - we genuinely shape it forever. We become memories, thoughts, stories and ideas.
And it’s through our purpose that we impact the world in the way that we are meant to, by changing the world in a way that only we can - however that looks.

Jessica Murnane is the creator of the One Part Plant movement & author of the One Part Plant cookbook, host of the One Part Podcast, and founder of Know Your Endo, the endometriosis education and awareness platform, with her latest book, Know Your Endo, will be released Spring of 2021.
Six years ago, Jessica’s major food groups were … sour patch kids, diet coke, and whatever lean cuisine had the most cheese.
After years of unsuccessful diets and self-help books that didn’t work, she felt pretty low and not so good about herself and didn’t think it was possible for her to have the willpower to become a truly healthy person. Maybe there was a little bit of thinking she didn’t deserve it.
Jessica was really sick; her endometriosis had gotten so severe that most days she could barely make it out of bed. She tried everything that she could get her hands on to get better. She had multiple surgeries, tried conventional pain-killers (and less-conventional, leafy ones), fancy yoga and not-so-fancy-yoga, and even therapy to help with the depression caused by the pain. Nothing worked. Jessica’s doctors gave her one final solution – a hysterectomy.

Episode 215: Turn Blocks into Gates with Dr. Danielle Olson
Wednesday May 06, 2020
Wednesday May 06, 2020
Catherine is here today with Dr. Danielle Olson. When faced with a diagnosis of a tumour that had caused blindness and infertility, Dr. Danielle Olson used this opportunity to transform a tragedy into triumph.
Months after opening her first practice, she had to make a decision of whether or not to go through surgery. This type of tumour returned 80% of the time after surgical removal, and she realized that there had to be a reason as to why it developed in the first place.
She had been fascinated by the power of the brain and spinal cord since she was 10 years old … after a friend was paralysed in a car accident. Even at that young age, Doctor Dani spent hours looking through the intricate drawings in her favourite book - Gray’s Anatomy. This passion led her to pursue a major in Biology at Saint Olaf College and earn her Doctorate from North-western Health Sciences University.
With determination to heal herself naturally, she went on a fast, prayed, meditated, and sought Cranial care. All of her hard work and focus to heal was a success when her tumour vanished in a matter of minutes during a Cranial session. A Divine encounter with an angel and her deceased father gave her the answer of WHY she developed this tumour, and she experienced, first-hand, the power that makes the body heal itself.
